My career began in international trade within banking and finance, before a shift into the entertainment sector set me on an unexpected path. I moved into executive search in 2000, and over the 26 years since, I've been fortunate to work alongside exceptional people — holding senior leadership roles across boutique, ASX-listed and NASDAQ-listed search firms.

Across that time, I've supported clients and candidates through executive search, leadership development and executive coaching across Government, Professional Services, Financial Services, Utilities, Retail, Education, Engineering and the Not-for-Profit sector.

I founded Peter William Partners 13 years ago, driven by a simple ambition: to build an authentic, values-based firm that shared our clients' passion for aligning great people with great organisations. That same vantage point — years spent on the assessor's side of the interview table — now also shapes how we help individuals prepare for their next move through PWP Career Coaching. That ambition hasn't changed.
