Next Generation CAD Transformation Program
Triple Zero Victoria (TZV) is the critical link between the Victorian community and the State's Emergency Services Organisations, providing Victoria's 24-hour Triple Zero emergency call-taking and dispatch service for Ambulance Victoria, Victoria Police, Fire Rescue Victoria, Country Fire Authority, and Victoria State Emergency Service (SES). Operating from three State Emergency Communications Centres located at Burwood East (head office), Williams Landing and Ballarat. TZV's 1000+ Emergency Communications Officers deliver exceptional outcomes 24x7x365 to the community and emergency services partners.
TZV is recruiting four senior leaders to strengthen delivery of the Next Generation Computer Aided Dispatch (NGC) transformation program, currently in its Design, Build and Test phase, and to build enduring transformation capability for TZV beyond the program. The four roles have distinct but complementary accountabilities.
