Director Business Partnering & Workplace Relations


Victoria Police provides policing services to the Victoria community 24 hours a day, seven days a week, working to keep over 6.5 million Victorians safe. It is a large organisation employing more than 22,000 staff across sworn and VPS. Effective frontline response service delivery is provided through 54 Police Service Areas, split across 21 divisions within four regions. Victoria Police works closely with other Victorian government departments, enhancing cross-department service delivery, particularly in the area of emergency management.

Position Overview·        

  • Team Leadership: Circa 40 FTE

  • Remuneration (SES1): $225,000 - $290,600 TRP

  • Industrial / Employee Relations & Business Partnering for 22,000 staff
